     We offer plywood made of pine wood, which is part of board stuck with uneven number of veneers, which fibres in adherent to oneself plies run in straight angle. For customer wish we can use other construction, like: all plies run in parallel to oneself , thanks to above we get better strenght of bending.
We produce plywood in version:

  • standard - combi plywood (outer plies - pine, inner plies - any kind of wood)

  • special construction - for customer wish (all plies - pine)

Pine Plywood E

 

Features of wood: 
Occurrence of any wood defects is inadmissible.

Production defects: 
Occurrence of any wood processing defects  is inadmissible.

 

Pine Plywood I

 

Features of wood: 
On the surface of face veneers one may find slight differentiation of colour, good knots, light, totally grown up, or small knots partially grown up. There can occur open cracks in very small quantity, if their filling is proper.

Production defects: 
Narrow cracks, padded with gap filling adhesive, and wood inserts of similar colouring and in number of up to 2 pcs/m2.

 

Pine Plywood II

 

Features of wood: 
On the surface of face veneers there are visible resinous stains and slight differentiation of colour. Blue stains, brown algae and incipient decay can occur in limited size. This quality class can have padded, spoiled knots, small amount of open cracks and resinous blisters and bark pocket.

Production defects: 
On the surface part there can occur slight roughness, small indents, prints and  bulges. Glue punctures are permissible, if they appear in small quantity. Open seals, overlaps and inserts in number of up to 6 pcs/m2 can occur sporadically.

 

Pine Plywood III

 

Features of wood: 
Resin filling of face veneers is unlimited. Resinous blisters, blue stains, brown algae and incipient decay can occur in bigger quantity. Good, padded and spoiled knots appear. Closed cracks and limited number of open cracks can occur. It is permissible to have a small quantity of insect runs and ship- worm (Teredo navalis). The following are permissible: wood structure defects, and dye penetrations not causing the wood damage.

Production defects: 
On the plywood surface there can occur roughness and penetrating grinds. Larger cracks, padded with putty are permissible. It is permissible to have a small number of small open unfilled seals. Small number of glue penetrations and board edge damages caused by grinding and sawing. Unlimited quantity of inserts.

 

Pine Plywood IV 

     All wood and production defects, not having significant influence on the plywood strength properties are admissible. Good gluing of all the plywood layers is required.
