   We offer alder/birch plywood , which is part of board stuck with uneven number of veneers, which fibres in adherent to oneself plies run in straight angle. For customer wish we can use other construction, like: all plies run in parallel to oneself , thanks to above we get better strenght of bending.
 We produce plywood in version:

Hardwood Plywood E

 

Features of wood: 
Occurrence of any wood defects is inadmissible.

Production defects: 
Occurrence of any wood processing defects  is inadmissible.

 

Hardwood Plywood I

 

Features of wood:  
Little needle-like, good grown-up and spoiled, not grown-up knots can occur. On the surface of face veneers one permits the cracks and holes from knots, as well as slight differentiation of colour.

Production defects: 
Repairs can appear in small quantity (laths, wedges), if they are done properly and tightly filled. It is allowed to have a damage of board up to 2 mm from its edge, and occurrence of inserts in number to 2 pcs/m2.

 

Hardwood Plywood II

 

Features of wood:  
Needle-like knots in limited number, good grown-up and spoiled, not grown-up knots can occur. Closed cracks and sporadically open cracks can occur. It is permissible to have a small number of insect runs and ship- worm (Teredo navalis).

Production defects: 
There can occur sporadically open seals, glue penetrations, roughness and ungrinds on the surface part. It is permitted to have in limited number some repairs – laths, wedges, synthetic fillings, if they are properly done. Damages of board up to 5 mm from its edge can occur, while occurrence of inserts is allowed in number to 3 pcs/m2.

 

Hardwood Plywood III

 

Features of wood:  
On the surface of face veneers may occur, in unlimited extent, such defects as streaks and stains, dye penetrations, core flecks/spots, small and large good knots, holes left after knots. On the other hand, defect occurrence range is limited: good grown-up knots, spoiled and not grown-up knots, open cracks, bark pockets, defects caused by insects and ship-worm (Teredo navalis).

Production defects: 
On the plywood surface there can occur roughness and penetrating grinds. Larger cracks, padded with putty are permissible, some external and internal overlaps are visible. Some glue penetrations may occur and contamination by foreign matters, excluding the iron. Board edge damages of up to 5 mm from its edge may appear, while repairs can occur without limitation. Unlimited number of inserts.

 

Hardwood Plywood IV 

 

   All wood and production defects, not having significant influence on the plywood strength properties are admissible. Good gluing of all the plywood layers is required.
