Hardwood Plywood II
Features of wood: There may be conical knots, to a limited extent, healthy, fused knots as well as decayed and non-fused knots. There may be closed cracks and occasional open cracks. Insect galleries and cork may be present in a small amount.
Production disadvantages: On a part of the surface, there may be occasional open joints, glue punctures, roughness and undergrinding. A limited number of repairs is allowed – patches, wedges, synthetic fillings, if they are made tight. According to PN-EN 635-2.

Hardwood Plywood III
Features of wood: On the surface of the veneers, there may be unlimited size defects such as: streaks and stains, discoloration, core spots, small and large healthy knots, knot holes. However, the range of defects is limited: broken and non-fused knots, open cracks, blockage, damage caused by insects.
Production disadvantages: The surface of the plywood may be rough and sanded. Cracks and knot holes covered with putty or inserts are allowed, external and internal overlaps are visible. Glue punctures and inclusions of foreign bodies, except iron, may occur. Damage to the edge of the board up to 5 mm from its edge, while repairs can occur without restrictions. Unlimited number of inserts.

Hardwood Plywood IV
All wood and production defects that do not have a significant impact on the strength properties of the plywood are allowed. Good bonding of all plywood layers is required.
In class IV, the plywood is not sanded and defects are not repaired.

Slow-burning EKO-FIRE plywood

Cross-structure birch veneer plywood impregnated with a flame retardant by the pressure-vacuum method. The plywood is non-flammable throughout its entire section. This allows for any processing of plywood while maintaining all non-flammable properties.

All ingredients of the flame retardant are of natural origin, therefore it is an environmentally safe and ecological agent. All layers are 1.5 mm thick. According to the guidelines, it can be used in public utility buildings. Specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the CE1 system for use in structural elements (walls and ceilings). Non-ignited plywood meeting the PN-EN 13501-1 + A1 standard is used in construction for walls and ceilings in the B-s1, d0 flammability class.

Species: birch 100%
Density: 660-740 kg / m3
Thicknesses available from 12 mm up
Technical class PN-En 636-2, Waterproof plywood based on phenol-formaldehyde resin (in accordance with PN-EN 636-2)
Flammability class according to PN-EN 13501 B-s1-d0

The classification is valid for: mechanical fastening on wooden battens or a substrate of metal structures, with horizontal or vertical connections with a ventilated or non-ventilated air void. The air gap at a distance of 40 mm from the standard A2-s1-d0 class sleeper according to PN-EN 13238: 2011.
